Traditional Taper

Don't call it a comeback. The taper candle is one of the first candles ever made and one of our favorite styles. The original purpose of the taper candle was to provide a light source. When made with beeswax this type of candle creates the brightest flame of any other wax types, and casts a warm and comforting glow. The taper is true utilitarian style. Each one of these candles are hand-dipped layer by layer on a hemp/beeswax wick up to 30x. Free of any artificial fragrance. The natural fragrance of beeswax is as if you could smell the sunshine. Warm, golden, honey like. Sold as a pair. Due to hand-crafting each candle may vary. Burns 8-9 hours each. 8-9" tall, fits standard size taper holders (7/8")
